1. Operator and contact

The game and online services are operated by Jakub Netza, trading as JAKUBNETZA.COM JAKUB NETZA, ul. Tartaczna 15, 83-050 Kolbudy, Poland, tax number NIP 6040034416, REGON 221130600. Contact support@orivion.studio concerning the game, complaints and personal data. Planet Coolkee is the product name.

2. Age, devices and accounts

The game is intended for people aged 13 and over. Minors should obtain a legal representative's permission to enter into a contract or make purchases where required by the law applicable to them. Do not provide a false age band.

You may start as a guest. Linking an account with a supported sign-in provider helps recover progress after changing phones. Do not share login credentials. Do not choose a nickname that infringes others' rights or suggests you represent the operator.

Online services, advertisements, trading and purchase verification require an internet connection. Features may depend on the operating system, region and app version. Test versions may contain unfinished features; their test status does not waive consumer rights.

3. Gameplay and updates

You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the app personally under these terms. You do not acquire rights to its code, artwork, music or brand. Third-party components retain their own licence terms.

Stage rules, goals, entry costs, limits, rewards and unlock requirements appear in the game. Losing a stage may consume a life. Lives regenerate according to the displayed countdown.

The operator provides updates needed for security, compatibility and proper operation. Online services may require an update that has been made available. A connection interruption is not confirmation of a transaction; the app may wait for synchronization. Rule and price changes apply to future actions while respecting acquired entitlements and applicable law.

4. Coins, items and purchases

Coins are virtual currency used only in the game. They are not a deposit, investment instrument or claim to a cash payment. The game does not provide cash withdrawals or exchange coins for real currency. Items and building plans provide rights to use them in the game, not ownership of physical objects.

The price and contents of an offer appear before purchase. Purchases of coins for money are confirmed through the App Store or Google Play. The operator does not receive your full card number. Payments, settlement and store procedures are also subject to the relevant store's terms.

Contents are delivered after transaction verification. A failed or repeated attempt should not cause a duplicate charge or duplicate grant of the same transaction. A reversed or refunded payment may lead to a corresponding balance correction. You retain the right to report an error.

5. Marketplace and construction

The Marketplace allows trading of items marked as transferable. Not every gift, starting item or acquired feature can be resold. Availability for sale, price and commission appear before confirmation. Prices may vary within the game's defined range; accepted transactions use the confirmed offer.

If no suitable player offer is available, the game may supply the item, except for blueprint pieces and complete building plans, which it does not supply. A system sale does not create an amount payable to another player. Listed stock remains reserved until sold or withdrawn. Listing does not guarantee a buyer.

Purchasing, constructing and upgrading buildings requires the resources, progress and construction time shown in the game. Decorations and buildings may have different functions. Owning a plan does not mean the building has been placed. Accounts and items must not be sold outside functions permitted by the operator.

Four different pieces unlock a permanent building plan. Building cards describe construction, production, storage and appearances. Finished stock is not lost because the backpack is full. Purchased appearances can be applied again within the scope of their unlock.

6. Rewarded advertisements

You choose to start a rewarded advertisement after seeing the offered reward. The reward requires completion of the advertisement and confirmation by the advertising system. Merely opening, clicking or closing an advertisement early is not sufficient.

Availability depends on the provider and region. Visible limits apply: a rewarded life opportunity no more than once every 30 minutes, and one advertising continuation per eligible attempt. Confirmation may be delayed. A continuation belongs to the specified attempt and cannot be transferred to another stage.

7. Daily rewards and races

The wheel has one free daily spin and at most one extra spin through an available advertisement. Random spins and vault tokens cannot be bought for money or coins. Tokens can be earned at marked stages; vault rewards depend on hits in a skill challenge. Stage, planet and seven-day streak chests contain two to four rewards. Missing a day breaks the stamp streak. The daily adventure has one attempt with no life cost; a win awards 15 minutes of unlimited lives. Daily periods use server UTC time, with a countdown in the app.

A race has five stages and six places. Computer-controlled opponents may fill empty places, with their entry fees funded by the game. Participants receive the same boards and available tools. Time and move count determine results; ties split the corresponding prizes. The basic pool, after an 8% fee, is distributed to the podium in a 50/30/20 ratio. Payouts include the original entry fee. The first completed podium of the day may grant an additional amount equal to the entry fee, at most once across all three race types. Forfeiting means last place and no entry refund. Apple and Google do not sponsor these games or rewards.

8. Fair play and community

Cheating, manipulating communications to obtain undeserved rewards, automated competition, falsifying results, account fraud, spam, harassment and unlawful content are prohibited. Do not send other people's personal information, sexual material, threats or content infringing their rights.

Nicknames, avatars, offers and personal planets may be visible to others according to settings and features. Player content can be reported and blocking is available. The operator may remove prohibited content, correct improper rewards and restrict accounts where justified. Contact support to challenge a decision. Automatic detection does not remove your right to an explanation.

Echo shows nicknames from the start, and both parties must approve a chat. Full-profile sharing is optional and can be revoked. Keep contact details out of chats. Blocking stops further contact; reporting sends the matter to game support.

9. Gameplay reset

Reset requires typing RESET and confirming a summary. It clears stages, stars, scores, player level and resources earned in the game. It preserves the account, friends, settings, purchase history and purchased coins, items and permanent unlocks that you still own. It does not recreate consumed items or spent currency. Purchased buildings and decorations go into storage with their level and appearance, ready to be placed again without a charge. Your planet is removed. Purchased buildings can be used after creating a new planet.

Active games are settled and offers withdrawn before reset. Outstanding obligations to visitors may delay reset until visits finish. The new playthrough starts at level 1 with the tutorial, 5 lives, 150 coins and the starter item set, in addition to preserved purchases. Level rewards and the wheel, stamp and daily-adventure cycle restart. Earned temporary bonuses end. Old operations cannot grant their rewards again in the new playthrough. Gameplay reset is separate from account deletion.

10. Complaints, refunds and ending use

Send complaints by email or post to the operator. Describe the issue, the solution you seek and information needed to locate the account or purchase. Do not send passwords or full card details. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days unless a shorter period applies.

Consumers retain statutory rights concerning conformity of digital content and services. Withdrawal rights and exceptions for distance contracts depend on the service and statutory conditions, including any required consent to begin supplying digital content. These terms do not replace that consent. Store purchase refunds may also be requested from the relevant store; this does not restrict rights against the appropriate seller.

You may stop using the game and use its account-deletion function. The effect on progress and resources is explained before deletion. Deleting an account does not automatically request refunds for all previous purchases.

These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow the relevant legal rules, preserving mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
